SUMMARY:PAYMENT METHOD
Is only via Paypal in USD. I usually work with full payment first but you can ask for a 50% before starting and 50% when I finish. I only accept full payment after finishing from my frequent customers and close friends. No refunds, sorry.ORDER AND WIPS

I will give you advances of the commission as it progresses, you can ask me changes in the period of the sketch, once it is finished only minor modifications.DELIVERY

Mostly is up to me if you comm will be posted (if you are okay with it). You can tell me if you want to be tagged or not.

Terms and Conditions for Sleak’s Commissions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the sale of commissioned artwork offered by Sleak. By requesting a commission, you agree to comply with the following terms.
2. Request Process
To request a commission, the client must provide a detailed description of what they want. Sleak reserves the right to decline any request that does not align with the established style, theme, or boundaries.
3. Copyright and Usage Rights
All copyrights of the created works remain with Sleak, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client receives a license to use the work for personal or non-commercial purposes. Reselling, reproducing, or using the work for commercial purposes is not permitted without explicit permission.
4. Payment
The full payment is required upfront before work begins, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. If a payment plan is arranged, the terms and schedule will be agreed upon in writing before the work commences. Payments are accepted via PayPal.
5. Review and Approval Process
The client will have the opportunity to review sketches or preliminary stages of the artwork. During this phase, minor changes can be requested at no additional cost. Significant changes may incur additional charges.
6. Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time will be provided once the request is confirmed. Deadlines may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the current workload. Sleak is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
The client may cancel the commission at any time before work has begun and receive a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the work is completed and delivered.
8. Delivery
Commissions will be delivered in digital format via Google Drive.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
All information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality. The final work will not be shared publicly without the client’s consent, unless it is part of a portfolio or work sample.
10. Modifications to Terms
Sleak reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted and will apply to all commissions requested after the publication date.
